At the end of the mediation process, the Mediator drafts the mediation minutes (Article 9, Law 3898/2010), which among others include the agreement of the parties. This document can be filed to the Secretariat of the competent Court of First Instance to become an enforceable title.

We can represent companies registered in other EU countries that wish to sell their goods with their own Tax Number directly to Greece, which is the first country of entry of commodities in the EU.
